Flip Anything.Sell It Beautifully.

How I make $10K+ a month flipping furniture on the weekends.

Hey, I'm Shay! I'm a mom who quit the 9-to-5 grind and started flipping thrifted furniture on the weekends. What started as a side hustle turned into a full business and now I'm showing you exactly how I did it!

No experience. No giant garage. No fancy tools. No clue where to start? Totally fine.

That's exactly who I wrote this for.

About me

12 months ago, I had no clue how to flip furniture.

I'd been thinking about it for years. Scrolling Pinterest. Saving before and afters. Watching other women turn beat-up dressers into pieces that looked like they belonged in a $2,000 furniture store and thinking, I could do that.

But every time I actually tried to learn, I felt completely overwhelmed.

Half the advice assumed I already owned a garage full of power tools and knew exactly how to use them. "Just use a 40-tooth flush-cut blade on your track saw." Ma'am. I don't even know what that means.

I didn't grow up around power tools. I didn't have a giant workshop. And I definitely didn't know what half the stuff at Home Depot was for.

So I figured it out one step at a time. I learned what furniture was actually worth buying. What tools I really needed. How to sand, repair, paint, stain, stage, price, and sell it. Without turning my garage into a construction site or spending a fortune getting started.

Then I sold my first flip. Then I sold another. And another.

Eventually, this little weekend side hustle became a $5K+ a month business. And I quit my 9-to-5.

That's why I wrote this book. So you don't have to spend years sitting on the fence wondering if you can do it, too.

Thank you! My first flip 🀯

Shay. I read this on a Thursday. Sourced a piece Friday. Sold it the following Sunday.

I still can't believe I made $340 for a weekend of work. I have never done anything like this in my life and I'm already looking for piece #2 tomorrow morning.

Thank you for making something that actually works for a total beginner. ❀️

For the woman who's been saving

You've been saving the before and afters
for years. Now it's your turn.

You know you could do this. You just need someone to show you where to start.

What furniture is actually worth buying? What tools do you really need? How do you paint or stain it without ruining it? And once it looks amazing… how much do you charge and where the heck do you sell it?

That's exactly what this book walks you through. Step by step, in the order you actually need it.

No bouncing between 47 YouTube videos. No Googling every five minutes. No wondering what comes next.

Find it. Flip it. Price it. Sell it.

βœ“The Beginner

Your camera roll is 40% dressers, before and after. You've got 3 Pinterest boards saved. You're interested. You just haven't started.

βœ“The Almost-Ready

You bought a sander eight months ago. It's still in the box. You just need the nudge to open it.

βœ“The Under-earner

Maybe you've done one flip. You sold it for $100 and you knew it was worth more. You want the right number next time. Every time.

β˜…

You've been chasing the right income stream.

You wanted to make money online. Maybe you've tried affiliate marketing. Maybe you tried blogging. But what you actually want is a real income stream you can control. A physical product that buyers are willing to pay for. And work where you get to be creative.

You are
THE SIDE
Hustler.

Imagine if

You started this weekend. What happens next?

01

You walk past furniture on the curb and actually see the money hiding in it.

02

Your first Marketplace sale drops in your account. You take a photo of the empty spot in the garage.

03

Piece three sells for double what piece one did. You learn what your work is really worth.

04

By piece eight you're pulling in more per weekend than a Saturday overtime shift. It stops being a maybe.

The pricing chapter changed everything

The pricing chapter alone is worth its weight in gold.

I sold my next flip for $685 instead of the $400 I had in my head. I made the cost of the whole book back on a single drawer pull swap. The calculator is a game changer.

Please please write more guides. I'd buy anything you make.

OK I had to tell you 😭 (standing in Goodwill rn)

Shay I have to tell you.

I've bought FOUR other furniture flipping guides. Spent $200+ trying to figure this out. This is the only one that actually made me start.

The pricing calculator changed how I see every piece I look at now. I pulled it up at Goodwill this weekend standing in front of a $20 dresser and it told me I could list the finished piece at $540. Bought it on the spot.

Questions

You have a few. Totally fair.

I've never used a power tool. Is this too advanced for me?
The whole book is written assuming zero experience. Chapter 6 shows you the three tiers of tools. The 'bare minimum' tier is what I used on my first ten flips. If you can hold a paintbrush and follow a numbered list, you can do this.
How much do I need to invest to get started?
Around $80 to $120 in supplies plus one piece of furniture. Your first flip should net you back far more than that.
Do I need a garage or a workshop?
No. Chapter 5 walks through setting up a 'shop' in three zones that can live in a corner of your driveway, a patio, or half a garage.
Can I really make real money doing this?
Yes. Consistent flippers pull $3K to $8K monthly working part-time. These are not thin margins. Refurbished furniture sells for what refurbished furniture is worth. Usually about 50 to 60% of a comparable West Elm piece.
How do I access the book after I buy?
The moment you check out, you get an email with your download links. The ebook lives on every device you own. The interactive Pricing Calculator opens in any browser. Yours to keep forever.
